The next Carrier Ethernet interoperability test event is already well under way. EANTC and IIR Telecoms are pleased to invite interested vendors to participate in this year‘s public multi-vendor Carrier Ethernet Interoperability test and showcases.

The test will be demonstrated at the Carrier Ethernet World Congress (CEWC) in Berlin, the MEF’s main annual event. In addition, the showcase will be hosted by the Carrier Ethernet World (CEW) APAC, the premier Carrier Ethernet conference in South East Asia supported by the MEF.

The demonstrations will highlight the latest in Carrier Ethernet technologies and service delivery, focusing mainly on Mobile Backhaul (LTE/ WiMAX requirements), Global Interconnect, and Managed Enterprise Services in real-world access, metro and core scenarios.

EANTC and participating vendors will prepare the showcase in a closed doors hot stage test at EANTC’s lab in Berlin, Germany.

EANTC will release white papers reporting the results at the Carrier Ethernet World Congress and CEW APAC. Previous white papers have proven to be pioneering documents in the telecommunications industry.
